Dark Side Justice

Originally government immunity was designed to protect government employees from legal action when they accidentally did something wrong. The government took full responsibility for the employee's actions. But that has changed!

The U.S. Constitution Does NOT provide for government immunity and in fact very clearly states that No One Is Above the Law! The bureaucrats use government immunity to deny citizens their Constitutional Right of Justice, for crimes committed against them by bureaucrats! The governments refuse to take any responsibility for their criminal activities.

Government immunity is illegal under the law. It needs to be re-designed to fit the times or just plain abolished! States have passed laws denying responsibility for crimes bureaucrats have committed.
